Client: Buccemant Bay , St Vincent and Grenadiers.
Location: St Vincent
Cellate is proud to announce it has been selected by the client as the
prime contractor for the first phase of the apartment and luxury
housing project. This project consists of 1000 residential units on a
reclaimed island. The Units are a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and
apartments in a master planned development.
Phase 1 consists of 300 units which have been designed to economical
and quick to build while keeping an air of individuality to the
development. |

Cellate acquires the right to the technology, manufacture and
distribution of Enlarged End Steel Fiber for the Middle East, Africa
and Asian subcontinent. For this purpose we will be setting up a
factory in the Singapore to manufacture and service this market. |
